2. Do your photography packages include an album? Yes, every package includes a credit that goes toward your album and images
3. How long until we receive our photos/video? Your proof photos will usually be posted to you within 2 weeks of the day. Video edits usually take between 8-10 weeks from when we receive your music selections
4. Can we choose the music for our video? Yes, music selection is an essential part of the video, making the final product much more personal and enjoyable
5. How many images are taken on the day? We generally take 600-800 images and provide up to 8 hours photography coverage to the reception with unlimited locations on the day.
6. Do your albums include retouching? Yes, every photo printed includes extensive retouching, essential for outdoor photography as the light constantly changes. Our retouching involves skin smoothing, removal of stray hairs & blemishes, extensive colour correction and lots more…
7. What is the difference between a leather & leatherette album? At Flow Images, we only provide and guarantee Australian made genuine leather, wood or metal albums. A ‘leatherette’ album is not genuine leather and tends to fade, crack and fall apart after a short time
8. Do you post out DVD samples? No, we no longer need to send out DVDs as our video samples are viewable from this website. Click Here to go to our video gallery page.
9. Do we receive an extended version of our video? Yes, all packages include a 2-4 hours ‘documentary’ version and our coverage is up to 12 hours on the day. If needed, more time is available on request.
10. Is there a discount if we only need a photographer/videographer less than the time allocated in the packages? No, our photographers and videographers are the best in the business; highly trained, with loads of experience and great gear. In order to keep them and eventually our clients happy, we give them the same day rate for 3, 5, 8 or 12 hours (for video). Also, we tends to take the same number of photos and amount of video footage on shorter shoots.
